Cancellation policy

Within 5 working days of start date: 100% of charge
Within 10 working days of start date: 80% of charge

In the event that Guardian have to cancel training we will notify the client at the earliest opportunity and provide alternative dates for the course. Cancellation may be due to sickness or due to weather conditions which render certain syllabuses unsafe to train practical elements of the course. A full refund will also be offered if the client does not wish to accept alternative dates for training.
