LIFTING SLINGS
Guardian lifting slings are commonly used in construction, transportation, and other general industries. These lifting slings can be used in any industry looking for flexible, strong and easy to rig slings that lift a variety of loads. Our web slings and roundslings come in many capacities and lengths, and can be used in vertical, choker and basket hitches.
WEB SLINGS
Our web slings are manufactured from 100% polyester fibres (PES), and come in duplex (2 layers) or quadplex (4 layers). Web slings are a more versatile solution than other lifting options such as wire rope or chain.
Extra wide quadplex web slings can be constructed, where we stitch two slings side-by-side. Side-by-side slings offer up to 600 mm extra width and a theoretical WLL limit of up to 48 tonnes.
For special applications, we can also offer custom made solutions.

STANDARD ROUND SLINGS
Guardian round slings provide superior flexibility and can be configured to irregular loads. Our polyester round slings have a very low weight-to-strength ratio in comparison to the traditional chain and wire rope options.
For special applications, we can also offer custom made solutions.

HEAVY-DUTY ROUND SLINGS
Our in-house round sling machine, is capable of manufacturing heavy-duty slings up to 100T with circumferences of up to 120 m. It has laser-guided, computer-technology controlling sling length, number of yarn turns, number of yarn ends, speed, and tension. In fact, it’s the only machine in the world that passively controls tension of the base yarns during manufacture.

LASHING
Guardian lashing straps are available in various lengths and breaking loads. Ratchet options include a removeable handle for added security, or an extendable handle to give greater leverage.
